Whilst every care has been taken during preparation of the company literature, no responsibility can be accepted by the company for any errors that may occur. We reserve the right to make any changes without notice. T&C’s are available on our website and it is our customers responsibility to review them regularly. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Settlement of accounts – Credit Accounts supplied by TCD, approved by Atradius ONLY
Credit payment terms are 30 days nett from date of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Following are the two principal ways to make a payment:
- By BACS (direct to The Cycle Division Ltd) – to make a payment by BACS you will need to use the bank account details as follows. You will need to quote your invoice or account reference number and email a remittance to accounts@thecycledivision.com

- Account Number: 25788633
- By Credit/Debit Card (direct to The Cycle Division Ltd) – telephone TCD on 01484 665055 quoting your credit/debit card number details as required, along with all relevant invoice numbers and the amount you wish to pay.

Reservation of Title, Warranty & Guarantees
The risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery. However, all goods supplied will remain the property of The Cycle Division Ltd until the invoice has been paid in full. The Cycle Division Ltd reserve the right to take back any goods when a.) the goods are not paid for in full within credit terms or b.) the purchaser is declared insolvent.
All Warranties or guarantees are fulfilled at the discretion of Senior Management upon return of the item at the purchasers cost to The Cycle Division Ltd. Returned items will be inspected and assessed for user/manufacturer faults or damage and any credits/replacements issued as appropriate. The liability of all goods remains the responsibility of TCD whilst in transit.
Complaints, Claims, Cancellations or Returns relating to any order or product
Any complaints or claims should be notified to us within 5 working days from date of invoice. Returns of faulty or non-faulty goods are dealt with at Senior Managements discretion and instruction. Cancellation of any order or part of must be requested before goods are in transit.
Disputes
Any disputes must be notified via email to sales@thecycledivision where you will be contacted within 5 working days by an appropriate member of staff.
Carriage
The following rates apply to the relevant areas below:
- UK mainland (except Scottish Highlands and Islands)
- Order Value £ 0.01 – £49.99 excl. Vat – £8.99
- Order Value £50.00 – £99.99 excl. Vat – £5.99
- Order Value £100.00 – £149.99 excl. Vat – £2.99
- Order Value £150.00 and over excl. Vat – Carriage Paid
- Scottish Highlands and Islands Orders – Carriage will be quoted & invoiced before despatch, separately to your order. Grampians Orders less than £300 excl. VAT will be charged £22.50 for carriage
- Isle Of Wight Orders less than £350.00 excl. VAT will be charged £34.50 Carriage.
- Channel Islands Orders will be advised of charge for carriage.
- Northern Ireland / ROI – Carriage will be quoted & invoiced before despatch, separately to your order. All orders will be despatched on Incoterms – D.A.P
Cancellation
To cancel your order, please telephone us during our normal business hours. Provided your order has not yet been processed, and your credit card has not been charged there is no fee. If your order has already been processed and/or your card was charged, there is a 5% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
